I walked into this shop wondering if they could give me an estimate value on an antique that I have. I wasn't looking to sell but just get an inquiry. As soon as I walked in with my item in hands I was greeted in the rudest way I had ever been talked to. First thing I was told was "no thank you" in annoyed voice. I asked "pardon me?" As I still didn't realize what was happening and the lady proceeded to say that she didn't buy from "individuals". Before I was able to explain I wasn't trying to sell I was talked like I was stupid or something telling me that she was busy as she was with customers and proceeded to ignore me. If this person is just an employee I feel very sorry for the owner because anyone that treats people like that will drive business away. And if this person is the owner, well, that's the worst way to treat people and mainly if they are potential customers. I will never step foot in this place again and I hope that no one else does.
