I love this place! Love the coupon book and the bug removal treatment they do for an extra $5! Will definitely keep coming here! They clean really good inside and out. :)
Honestly this was the first time I went there and had the hand wash. It was way better than any time I've ever brought a vehicle there. Before they would miss things, was never 100%satisfied for what I paid. This time they went above and beyond. Maybe just a really good day for them. It took 2 hours but my truck was very detailed.
Drove up today and lady said my 1 ton dually was to big and there was to many people here said to come back later and it was pretty clear they had enough room . Also saw a one ton truck being washed . Lost my business for sure .
Very disappointing!
Used to be better experience. Quality of work is slipping. Experience is not worth the price when I have to bring vehicle home to finish job myself.
I payed for the $12.50 full service carwash. I finished the car wash and left the car wash bay at 5:50pm. I waited 20minutes before I approached the staff. As this was first time here and wanted to ensure I was where I needed to be. The staff did not speak English and could not help me. At 6:34pm, after a 44 minute wait, someone walked over and began wiping my car. There is still part of the marker they used on the window and bug residue allover the front of my car.
