Not good at communicating between employees
Awful customer service . We walked in to purchase rims and tires and Noone wanted to help us, everyone started going to lunch and the one guy that called himself trying to help waked away , while talking to him . And we were trying to pay cash price for them , not rent. We felt like we were bothering them from the moment we walked thru the door. So we ended up driving to Houston location to purchase them , that by the way had excellent customer service. Unfortunately ,the Beaumont location is needed if there is a problem with tires or rims. But, if not for that reason I'd never walk in there again period.
The people are very friendly and it's easy to get your tires and wheels as a rent to own give my name as a reference
