Friendly, knowledgeable, capable, Best mechanic shop I have been to I many years.
The customer service is excellent. The customer lounge area is very clean and tidy. I will now bring my car here instead of bringing it to the dealership like I have been doing, unless it is covered under my warranty at the dealer LOL. One thing that really stood out to me was they left a bottle of water in the car with a thank you card, I really appreciate that.
When my ac started blowing hot, I called around a couple of places and found that this facility was the cheapest. They said it would only cost around $68 for them to do the whole ac maintenance thing. I asked several times how much it would cost because I am currently in a financial crisis and if it was much more than that, I would just have to deal with no ac. So I get there, they do their thing, and then tell me I owe them $130. I expected it to be a little more for the fluids, but that's a huge difference from $68. On top of that, they said my hose is leaking and I need a replacement which means they will have to re-do exactly what they did today after replacing the hose so I basically just threw $130 down the drain. That may not be much money for some people, but for a full-time college student raising two children entirely by myself, that's a lot of money. I called the guy out on the fact that what he said I owed them after the fact was almost twice the number he quoted me over the phone and his response was "Well, no one really likes to get bad news." I'm glad I at least know what the issue is now, but I couldn't help but feel like I was being manipulated and dismissed. My experience was colored with dishonesty, bad communication, and sexism.
Hands down BEST place to get any auto work done in Beaumont. The waiting room is super cozy, offers free coffee and sodas, and has the very best staff. So friendly, fast and cost efficient!
HORRIBLE! I took my car in because it was shaking when I would apply the brakes. After spending 950.00 for brake service my car was STILL shaking. I took it back 2 days later and was told I needed new rotors (they resurfaced those bad rotors 2 days prior) which cost 288.00 for new rotors I was irritated but okayed the work. Then I received ANOTHER call telling me the actual problem with my car was the calipers..... an additional 700.00. I declined before they “discovered” any additional problems and will now take my vehicle somewhere else. In the end I paid over 1,200.00 and the issue I had from the start was never resolved.
