Service technician was very professional and courteous. He didn't try to sell me a hunch if services I didn't need. They shop had me in and out very quickly.
I've been there a few times and have received excellent customer service each time, especially from Jeremy. They are pretty fast but I usually get there at opening so I'm usually the first one in. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
The only oil change I ever had that was faster I did myself.
All I can say is, the only way that these people can't screw you is if you don't go in there. I was treated terribly, and will tell all of my friends what a rip off these people are. Why are there no negative stars?
I brought my wife's car in because the brakes were squealing and ordered an inspection on them. They stated that they just needed to be cleaned and nothing was wrong with the brakes. Very honest about what they found and didn't try and replace something that didn't need to be replaced. I will continue to go here because honesty in the auto repair industry is hard to find.
