Glen's has the best customer service I have ever received at an auto repair shop. My car broke down on the highway outside Beaumont and Glen's delivered on their promise to look at, get the part, and return my car back to me as soon as possible. Price was very reasonable. If you want an aftermarket or OEM part, the shop will work with you. Your calls will be answered promptly and knowledgeably. I'll bring my car to Glen's again, 10/10.
This is an awesome place to get your truck fixed and get recommendations! Everyone is familiar with their work and explain what they can. You aren't told a bunch of BS like many other places in Beaumont. I'll be back for sure.
