Wish I could give more than 5 stars! I had a blowout 40 miles outside Beaumont. The good Samaritan who changed my tire suggested the DT location. I called, told them I'd be coming in, and would try to arrive by 6:00 when they closed. I didn't get there until almost 6:20, but they waited for me! My tires were replaced, and I was back on the road in under 20 minutes. I can't thank the staff at Discount Tire enough! Excellent service, fair price, and that intangible....great customer service!
