I am so thoroughly in love with this clinic, The doctors and staff are absolutely beyond compare. They saved my for baby after I waited for 2 hours elsewhere for assistance after he was run over.
Went in because our pup broke a nail off, no appointment. We were in and out in about an hour and a half, they answered all the questions I had, updated our dogs shot records into their system, even went ahead and let us know when she was due for her next shots, very clean, and the cats have a view lol. Great vet, close to our house, will be coming back. And the price was worth making sure our pup was good to go, so not outrageous on the price either.
My chi shi loves this vet. I've tried a couple of other vets in Beaumont, and my dog and I agree this is the best one! They're so compassionate and really have your pet's best interest at heart. The prices are reasonable and the service is top notch. They always know my pup by name and play with him while we're waiting.
I'm a little surprised at the 5 star ratings....while the building and grounds are exceptionally attractive, and the vet seemed nice enough, the receptionist was quite bored and indifferent. We went there two or three times so it wasn't just a single bad day either and her attitude really impacted our impression of the practice. Even though he's much farther away from our North Beaumont home, we elected to go to Dr Tomans instead.
This is our first visit with our new baby Dracarys! Staff Is friendly, knowledgeable and prices are affordable. This will be our family's veterinary office from now on!
