I'm on vacation and I traveled to Texas to Louisiana and we found this place very relaxing and very knowledgeable about places to go.
This visitors center has a very friendly staff. It offers free coffee or bottled water; and a very clean restroom. It has a lot of information and brochures for attractions all around the Great State. Well worth stopping if you happen to be passing through on I-10.
We have a regular meeting every 3 months there with our square dancing group they always greet us they're always glad to see us and anyone else that comes in they always have information and able to answer thier questions
My car decieded to stall after a nasty thunderstorm a few weeks ago.And barely gave me enough power to pull in here. Being from Houston, I was desperately in need of help. Not knowing the area and soaked from the rain, two very polite women welcomed me in. instantly offering coffee and the restroom to dry up. They gave me a number to a tow service and were very gracious. Although I was only passing through, I'm glad my car stalled there. lol I felt at ease and Reassured that I was getting home safely. Thank you for the hospitality, it goes a long way.
Staff is very informative. They went the extra mile to locate Post cards of Beaumont.
