Pretty good mall for the area. Lots of stores. Lots of events for kids. Typically crowed. Good food court, not great but good.
I have to say JCpenny, was a great place to shop that day...there was one employee that just made my day. I had the best shopping experience because of her.. She works there in the jewelry dept her name is Norma that is the most sweetest lady ever. She just made my day and to this day I still thinking about how great the customer service she gave us!!!! For that I do give JCpenny and Parkdale Place 5 stars

It's really the only mall in Beaumont. It has seen its fair share of ups and downs over the past 40 years, but I think right now it's on a downhill slide. It's losing stores because it's just too easy to go to Houston where there's a good variety of shops. It's also not the safest place to shop either. Sometimes there are people hanging around that are not there to go shopping but to cause problems.
I always enjoy my trips there. Good selection of food at the food court and great shopping.
