Got something to eat at 1 am and the fries had been cooked in old grease , the hashbrown had a tablespoon of grease in the paper pouch and was dark brown from old grease and the burrito was soaked in old grease also. We'll never eat there again. This is the second jack in the box in Beaumont Tx that did this. So be careful, lazy people work at jack in the box after midnight.
Greasy floor. New ribeye burger good but nearly $9 for combo
Horrible service, gross people, gross food. Burger patty was old and smelled bad. Doors locked and trash can placed in front of them to block them when the inside was supposed to be open. Drive through took 20 minutes per car. Woman at window was rude after waiting nearly an hour to pay for stale fries and rotten burger. This place should be shut down.
Some of my favorite food. The new ribeye burger is great. My favorite is the tacos.
It was convenient... The food wasn't very good, but the service was good.
