As always, the food is amazing. No complaints to the cooking staff at all! However the cashier, Hannah, unfortunately made our family visit an unpleasant one trying to order. Very rude and an attitude when we needed to make a change to our order. This won’t deter our business however next time we won’t hesitate to contact the manager. Sunday Oct. 8 12:10
The quality of their hamburgers is very good. Plus, you can build your hamburger with as much toppings as you like. Price-wise for what you get they are OK. Didn't have to wait long for the orders to be done. Cleaning staff were doing their part keeping the counter tops orderly. Friendly staff. Yes, all that merits 5 stars.
Every time we can in this area, this is our frist stop. Love there Brugers, and the people her are soo nice at this one. Guest that is another reason we keep coming back. 5 star
The kids like it, but I think they're a bit overpriced, especially the healthier menu items (which are extremely limited). The burgers are pretty good, but if you're trying to diet (like me), it's not a good choice. My son did win two stuffed animals in the skill crane machine, and considering how many other restaurants we've been to with skill cranes that don't close or drop prizes, I have to give them one more star for not blatantly rigging a game for kids.
We had a great time and were so excited to find veggie burgers and pretzel buns! Not fancy, but a great place to the kids. There's a playground outside, arcade games, and one of those great Coke machines. Very family friendly.
