I am the type of person to decide if I'm coming back based on how the customer service was. And after dealing with our extremely rude waiter who just rushed us out. Our food was undercooked especially my chicken. So my family and I will not be going back.
This place has amazing food! My family drives from Houston just to eat at Frankie's Italian Grill. I Love the food, and staff are super nice and welcoming. Great place for a Candle lit dinner.

Great food! Much better than Olive Garden. The rolls are to die for! Good service. Very reasonable prices and HUGE portions.
Frankie's Italian Grill does a good job of introducing Americans to Italian food though one of our party was comparing the faire to food he had in Italy. Seemed to me the real Italians are just going to have to catch up with places like Frankies.
