The manager is always happy and smiling! Makes our day to see someone happy to do their job. Everyone is eager to help. Everyone is greeted by a "welcome to cicis!" by the manager no matter where he is in the restaurant!
Loved how the manager was laughing cracking jokes with the customers, that's something I don't see at any cicis in Houston. We stayed there a little bit after closing time and they didn't rush us out and rather than giving us nasty looks other employees usually do they greeted us out nicely, I was impressed
Quite noisy but a good selection of pizza. Good for the price.
Never slow on refilling the buffet. The manager is super nice and really makes the place worth coming back to. You can special order a pizza to your table, and that's nice.
