I had a dispute with an influential neighbor over dogs. Sheriff was called. Now every time they see me on the street they pull me over for "dim breaklights." I've been to 5 garages. When I tell 'em that the deputies told me I have "dim breaklights" the mechanics look at me like I'm crazy! Today the man showed me that they're fine! Harassment by deputies? I don't know....
