I came into learning about La Uno during my car accident I was involved in, and I have had nothing but a positive experience! Tricia is by far the sweetest gal out there, she helped me understand the ins and outs, and the do's and don'ts of the process. She is more than happy to answer, &explain the steps to anyone- especially first timers like myself. I would HIGHLY recommend them if you ever find yourself in the Beaumont area.
Stay Away from this Taxi service a complete scam. I encountered one of the worse taxi experiences with this company yesterday evening. As previous post you are told one price and they try to charge you something different when you get to your location. I was asked if I was paying with card or cash and told the driver it depends...how much is the fare since he turned off the meter. I was told $45 which was pretty expensive, but I needed to get to my destination. I told him credit card and once we got to my location he said I thought you were paying cash. Now here we go...he calls into his manager to take the card payment for the manager to now play price gouging because i was paying with a credit card. ..all totally illegal. Long story short I called the police and prices started changing again. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT GET INTO ONE OF THESE Taxis...call UBER!
