They don't answer the phone.
They are all extremely sweet and eager to help me any time I'm there!!!! Love my Walmart pharmacy people!!!!
Called in to transfer my birth control prescription and was immediately thrown on hold for nearly an hour (estimated 55 minutes). The phone was answered and the technician spoke to another technician (mentioned I needed a transfer) and then I was immediately hung up on. I understand that this is a busy season but I'm irked and I'm glad that my prescription isn't extremely important. Called to speak to a manager and was rudely thrown back on hold. This is rediculous.

Pharmacy techs there are bad people. They should fire all of them and rehire.
