Fresh, healthy, mostly organic foods with yummy choices like brussel sprouts, salmon, green beans....so many yummy choices! I highly recommend this place! :) You can pick up daily or preorder special orders to pick up for the week!

I've known about this place for a while... previously I prepped meals on Sunday for the week. Not much variety, but did the trick. Fast forward to 7 days a week working and the food prep activity stops. Fast food was my breakfast lunch and dinner. Gave Aaron a call and set up a weekly plan. Prices comparable to fast food, lots of variety and very flavorful. Pick up half the order twice a week. Great service.
