Malley's cleaners isn't even worthy of a rating. They lost my clothes and didn't care about it. They basically said too bad. I had been a customer for over 5 years and they let me walk out the door without a care in the world. I had to talk to them 7 different times before they would give me an answer. Now I have to buy new clothes. Lately I have been going to Munro's and am very happy. DO NOT GO TO MALLEY'S CLEANERS ON DELAWARE IN BEAUMONT.
I took in 19 shirts to be starched. When I arrived I found out they had a special in shirts. I asked for heavy heavy starch. When it was time to retrieve my shirt they were merely just pressed. I complained they were supposed to send them back said I must not have asked for cowboy starch or military press. I told that lady I can do this at home myself I want them to fell and sound like paper cause they are starched HEAVY. When I went back the second time no difference at all. I took them but will NEVER return to this cleaners again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I went to Eagle cleaners they were faster and they were 110% better.
They are great! Excellent customer service! I brought in several dresses of which one had spots and they were able to get it out no problem! Since then I have continuously brought in my husbands suits and shirts. They always come back looking great!
