Worst service you can get from an insurance agent. Stay Away! Never responds to emails, never takes calls and worst customer service.We have been with Allstate for 10 years and we switched now. They take forever to issue any kind of refund you deserve by at least 10 days. Stay away from this agency to save your time and money!
Was given wrong info several times by several different people. Asked about lower priced policies several times but not given one. Informed the office that I would be switching and saving a lot of money. The next day I was offered a price that was $5 lower than the competition. I was also told that I could have and should have been on that lower priced plan for a long time. Canceling is an even bigger hassle. I've had to call several times and just keep getting told to wait for the system to do it even though it has been past the allotted time for the system to complete the cancellation. I'm told that my refund check will take several weeks but I doubt they can do it that fast based on how they handle everything else.
Was satisfied for a long time with this agency until the past few months. Have been told several different times that they would call me back with answers to my questions about my policy and never received the call.
