She was only interested in selling me a new windshield.
Called made a appt to have a ding repaired in my windshield. I answered all of the lady's questions on the phone:
Does the windshield know the difference? She told me if the ding was on the passenger side, it could be fixed.
Fast friendly service. Needed a replacement glass, ready same day.
I get over there and she tells me they don't fix dings on the drivers side. WTF???
Binswinger did a great job installing my glass on my Tahoe. They had it brought in the next day and scheduled it quickly. Even when I had to reschedule, they were polite, accommodating and forgiving, then they got me in at the last second. Great people!

Our car was broken into this past Friday and the passenger side rear door was smashed in. The only place on the weekend that was open was Safelite and they quoted us $425. We set up an appointment with them and the soonest we could get it fixed was on Wednesday but luckily my husband called Binswanger Glass and they were able to get us in there first thing this morning and only charged us $235!! They saved us so much time and money and they have the nicest staff. They even vacuumed out the broken glass that was still inside of my car. We will definitely recommend this business to all of our friends!
