Absolutely terrible customer service. From Miranda to Brenda to manager. They make hispanic franchise owners look very bad and its ashame.

I love Edible Arrangements they are beautiful. I tried to place a order 3 times and this Miranda girl tells me it's only 2 people there so she cant make the order that I want @ 11 on a Tuesday. She also said she can't deliver the order. I order 2 weeks later and the order took all day to be delivered, and I placed that order a day in advanced. Today I tried to order and I can't order anything, but Mother's Day arrangements. But something is wrong with this franchise..
I've ordered a few arrangements from this location within the last year, and I haven't had a problem at all. Maybe they made some positive changes.
