Called them wanting business power upgraded, would not travel 35 miles to do the job,
They installed Generac service just fine,, It broke.... HOWEVER THEY STALL ,OR just FORGOT TO REPAIR IT. A MONTH LATER WE ARE STILL WAITING??? Watch it there ,,seems to a part shortage.
Have no knowledge of what's going on they don't even know phone numbers for their own work very lazy this must be family owned business.
Had them come out first day on job. At house maybe 2.5 hours since their quitting time is 3. Next day no show said they had emergency. Spoke to someone around 4 and they were still on job(How convenient) Showed up today maybe 2 hours. Charged me 7 hours labor @ $140 a pop. Not sure where the 7 hours came from but I feel very taken advantage of.
I will not refer these people to anyone. Their vehicles must be in bad shape.
