Dr Carpenter and his staff are awesome! They are so caring . I will forever be grateful to Dr Carpenter for my beautiful smile! I have had bad experiences with other dentists but Dr Carpenter worked with me to help with my anxieties and I was never in pain ever!! I can't say enough about all the ladies that work along side of him and Jackie at the front desk who greets you by name and is so sweet. I love my dentist and staff. I've been coming to Dr. Carpenter for several years now and as much as I HATE going to the dentist, it's ALMOST a pleasure to do business with this group - LOL. Seriously, Dr. Carpenter and his staff do everything to make me comfortable on my visits and I've been very pleased with their efforts.
The staff is professional, but also personable and make each patient feel special.

First of all, Dr. Carpenter's staff worked hard to get me in to see him when I hurt a tooth. When I got to the office early, his receptionist told me the hygienist could clean my teeth & save my having to come in January, 2017. After Dr. Carpenter had seen the tooth, he told me what he would probably have to do to fix it, but it would take more time than he had that day. He said to call if it started hurting & they would get me into the office sooner. We set a day two weeks later for me to return.
Dr. Carpenter & staff are very professional, yet very friendly. I was seen on short notice & the service was outstanding!
By Monday night of the next week, the hurt tooth was hurting badly. I called the office & the receptionist said she would see what she could arrange. Thanks to her effort & a sweet patient who could change her appointment, I got in on that Thursday & Dr. Carpenter fixed the tooth!!
