If you own a money pit and don’t care about your money, then this is your place to go. If you are in a tight budget or want to save some good money and use those savings towards your kids education, then consider shopping around and driving some distance away like carvana or autonation both of them in Houston area... I have compared them with the prices here in Beaumont and the difference is huge. Beaumont have them several thousand dollars higher than Houston.
