Great park. Management is on site & they take care of the park.
It has it good and bad features. Good qualities is it is a safe place. They also do not tolerate drug users, violence, or excessive noise past 7pm. I like that the park manager keeps a watch on the property. It gives a feeling of safety. There is an on site laundry house for clothing. They have made good improvements in the last year to make sure the park doesn't flood. The location is near College Street. Which has places to eat and a M&D Supply (Ace Hardware) to fill up propane tanks. It does have wifi (it's a benefit when it's working). For some of the spaces they have the ability to park next to the trailer, and for other spaces you will have to use the parking lot in front of the park. Rates are cheaper than some places I've priced. People usually keep to themselves and it's rarely noisy. The main thing I do not like about it here is if there is a problem with the wifi not connecting. Which happens a lot more than you would think. Even though I have repeatedly complained about it, there isn't anything the park manager will do. I use the wifi heavily so I notice when it frequently goes out. It however isn't so bad when the park isn't at full capacity. All in all not a bad place.

Nice and quiet, has laundry facilities withing walking range. If we are back in this area, I would stay there again.
