Outstanding service, great selection and deals! I was helped by Bill and Eric on finding and fitting the right bicycle for my needs and budget. They answered every question I had and provided answers to questions I didn't know I had.
I left, saying I'll just get them online. I knew there was another bike store in Beaumont, so I checked there just in case. Got the tires I needed for 14.99$ and the tubes. No problem. While I was at the other place, a tech was working on a bike with a Bicycle Sports sticker.
I don't need an apology or some seemingly sincere comment on my dissatisfaction. I just want future buyers to be aware.

Terrible. I had recently bought a fixer-upper vintage bike. I went in to see if they had the tires I needed. I was told "the tire is obsolete, they have the last one in existence". The one they had was 24$. Funny, because I'm looking on my phone, at the tire I need (to give him the size) and they are 14.99$.
