I use to go here back in 06 when Kim was there. I try them once a year now since she left and they are horrible. I only get Shellac and I could have let my three year old niece do my nails for they way they have it looking. I just want a nice place in Beaumont that does nails great instead of having to go home to Houston to get it done
I met Lisa as a customer at our Car Dealership. I went in on a Saturday evening at about 4:30 and it was not busy at all. Lisa did my pedicure...she wasn't rough (which is one reason I don't like getting pedi's) and she painted my toes to perfection. Liz did my manicure. She was fast and friendly. While there, an irate customer gave Liz such a hard time and didn't want to pay for her services. Liz remained calm and professional all the while.
Do NOT go to this establishment! The nail techs are old & old-fashioned. Plus my nails broke off after a week, but I didn't even care because they were that bad looking.
As soon as I walked in one tech said it'll be 40 minutes and as I was walking out another nicer one said just give me 10 minutes. Then as soon as I sat down a man walked in drinking alcohol and the techs just went about their business like it was nothing. Very unprofessional. No way I'm going back!
I like to go there and they do good work my daughter treated me for my birthday not too long ago and ever since then she's been taking me back and forth to get my nails done and I liked it my nails and my toes my daughter's how to go back again real nice ladies and it always so pleasant to you thank you .
That says a lot about how professional they are! They have definitely earned me as a customer!
