We have had nothing but great experience with Schlotzsky's here in Beaumont. They have always been extremely up to par on their customer service. They also have catered to our gluten free diets making sure they take the necessary steps needed to make sure we are not cross contaminated.
We waited in the drive thru 45ins tonight got the wrong food came back and waited 15 more!
Food was great! Service was very slow and they were not even that busy.
The food is always good, but they seem a bit lazy with their salads. For example, the last 3 times I've gotten a salad with apples and they put whole apple wedges in my salad. It's still tasty, but difficult to eat that way.
The Food is very fresh and tasty!! I have never been disappointed regarding the food. Cool place to cater an afternoon training or business meeting! I would advise the Management to be careful of the person to work the drive through.
